Hi,
You said you still lie in bed in the morning. Cymbalta makes lots of people sleepy. It did me. Have you tried taking it at night? Have you tried taking 30mg instead of 60? Don't give up on it too soon. I know someone who was worse on it for the first month okay on months 2-3 and finally had a breakthrough and complete remission on month 4.
