Thanks for those suggestions. Although it's the last thing I want, I think I should try something that promotes sleep, that is, quality sleep and hope it helps with daytime drowsiness. However, I'm not even sure that's the problem. I'm taking Cipralex at night right now because it made me even more drowsy when I took it in the morning, so if anything, it should be helping me sleep and I just need to combat the daytime drowsiness it causes. Hmmm. Wait, are you suggesting I take one of these along with Cipralex or switch? I ask because I noticed some of the meds you mentioned are also have anxiolytic properties.
Once again I really appreciate these suggestions, but I'm also open to more natural remedies if anyone knows any. For example, certain vitamins, minerals or supplements anyone has had success with.
