I would probably agree here -- some people (justifiably so, everyone has their own tolerance of effects) quit SSRIs early because of -initial- side effects that usually dissipate between 1-3 weeks.

No SSRI is completely 'clean' and they brush by transmitters that may increase anxiety or other issues such as nausea (5HT3 excitation).
