Hey Ben,

i'll take any advice I can get, so thanks for sharing. Another thing I struggle with is the lack of emotional response--happiness, sadness etc. emotions in general seem to be blunted. This is where i feel that I diverge from most depressed people--i dont feel extremely upset or despairing, most of the time its just a persistent apathetic feeling. What about you?

Personally ive been taking fish oil for a long time, I can't say that its been significantly helpful but my dose has been fairly low. I'm also making appointments to see a neuropsychiatrist and a sleep disorders clinic. My psychiatrist wants to try me on Wellbutrin, which i tried for a few weeks last time but gave up on because of my dislike/fear of psych medications after the ssri experience, so I have to decide whether or not to try it by Tuesday.
