I agree with Jade.
Besides, in the field of psychiatry, a good doctor takes into consideration that many of the types of illnesses he treats produce behavioral changes, some of which include explosive and impulsive presentations. This is not to say that your behaviors at your old doctor's office were in any way the result of illness. Regardless of origin, though, I believe that your new doctor would make decisions regarding any past behaviors of yours based upon his ethics to practice psychiatric and behavioral medicine.
I guess the bottom line is that you have nothing to lose by telling your doctor the truth. In fact, you have a great deal to gain by establishing a truthful relationship with him.
