All of the ssris can help with GAD; they basically are all interchangeable, although some people only respond to certain ones. although you might want to start with one of the less activating ones, like paxil or luvox. Citalopram is more neutral, and might have fewer side effects, so i guess i'd recommend that one. Inositol is not too expensive if you buy in bulk and can be helpful as well.
