The dizziness i didn't find any easy answer for, but it passed...you may want to take just 10mg a day for a week or so, it sounds like body is not adjusting quickly enough...if you went right from nardil, then you didn't have the 'warm-up' period during which the MAO enzyme is being slowly lowered, so the parnate is able to have a strong effect right away...hope it gets better soon

Well, you're probably right about the fact that I change from the Nardil right away to the Parnate, so my body is maybe responding more faster to the Parnate effect, since the enzymes was probably already destroy...I still don'w know if Parnate is more type A or B acting??? If I well understand, type B are more activiting??? Type A are more anxiolytic?... Since some doctors said it's a reversible MAOI, and some say that it's an irreversible MAOI...I'm my head, it's more logical to say that it's irreversible, since it can take more than 30 days before the body begin to produce again the enzymes.
Today I try something different, I take the whole 20mg in one shoot at 8AM...I had an appointment at 9 AM with my psychologist and I only take half of a 5mg/valium at the same time, normally I take the entire 5mg of valium in the morning. Maybe it was the fact that I was a lot busy with the psychologist and that I didn't have the time to think about the side-effects, but I was feeling more well today. I still have a lot of muscles spams and I still feel really tired.
Strangely, I was not able to sleep this afternoon. I do a long nap normally in the afternoon, to be able to stay awake in the evening. The same apply for tonight. I go to the restaurant with a friend, from 7 PM to 11:30 PM and I was tired all night long, so much tired that I had difficulties to "articulates" the words I wanted to say (I have this often since my benzo addiction, a kind of cognitive problem, difficulty to speak...that's disturbing me a lot).
Anyway's, I will continu with the 20 mg in one shoot in the morning, I will slow down on the blood pressure, I don't take it today, I will try to forget the machine I have, I think my general anxiety have a lot do to in the way I feel. My day are not a lot busy, so I have a lot of times to think about my problems and all the little sensentions I feel inside my body. Yeah, I probably feel more the DA or NE effect od the Parnate right now but I think I will have to give my body a more long time to adjust to the dose.
I will stay at 20mg, until I feel good and the side-effects will fade away and when I will up the dosage to 30mg, I will split the dose half in the morning and half in the afternoon. That's sound more good like this no?
So again, thanks for your advise ;-) Humm BTW, the "TIRED" sentation, is it normal??? It will fade away also? It will be worst each time I increase my dose or what?
The Parnate remember me a lot the "Prozac" experience I had. On that drug, I was feeling a lot anxious and energic at the same time but also a lot tired...I know, it sound strange but I was just not feeling good...But with the Parnate, it seem to just affecting my general anxiety and my panic attack problems...The Parnate don't affect my social life, I mean it's not worse than before I begin it...With the Prozac I was not able to go outside the house...
Anyways, that's another story...lol
Thanks again!
