> -D/RHello D/R,
Have no experience with NRI's, nor any kind of amphetimine, unless they put Ritalin in that class (I don't think so). I took ritalin when I was younger for a number of years for what Doc said was ADD.
Although I don't suffer from anxiety, a lot of meds are too stimulating for me, ex: SSRI's. Ritalin helped me stay motivated, active (NOT one of those meds where your mind is active, but you don't feel like moving)
For me, at the time, it was motivating and I kept up with a very buzy lifestyle. My dose was always on the low end. I would not get the XR if there is one, because you can just take it when you feel you need it and then it wears off.
Just MY experience, as don't know your diag or current meds, possible contraindications, etc.
Hope that helps,
~Jade
