> KarenI'm not aware of any specific interactions, but propranolol is somewhat risky to take if you're depressed. This is because in addition to beta1-adrenoceptors, it also blocks beta2-, and postibly beta3-adrenergic receptors, and that will result in reduced brain uptake of aromatic amino acids, including tryptophan, which is the precursor of serotonin.
Have you tried zonisamide for your essential tremor? Memantine might also he useful.
