You are less likely to be patient and give treatment time to work. You might also become obsessed with side effects. Give the treatment time to work. In the meantime, try to find things to do other than visit Psycho-Babble.
I have to highly agree with SLS --- I don't want to character assassinate someone, but it is what I mentioned before -- it is much more useful to make a artbook or diary than to focus intensly on a medication that for all intents and purposes generally will only show some progress in a month.
Sure people say, you can see something in a week or two -- but you're really seeing the blunting (dulling) effect more than long term benefits. Yes, suicidality might decline after a certain point but although it is relatively high at D2 it works differently, it is not characteristic of something beyond the haloperidol range -- it just doesn't act like that.
I'll say my post again, not because I don't think you understand, although my dutch is just translated, my french is better --Je croix que c'est merde (sh*t, for all censors) a ce moment...
Yes -- I took deplin for two weeks, I didn't count it -- it heightened my anxiety response for a particular panic feeling so much that I had high blood pressure --- but I only realized later after I stopped the deplin two weeks on, that the response wasn't nearly as pronounced. Maybe I'll rechallenge Deplin later but its not something I want to mess with now, too much serotonin and polypharmacy going on.
I have what I think is Tdy rare from Zyprexa -- fortunately though my legs and biceps at times are stiff, I can walk. And the more I concentrate instead of doing stretches and runs when I can, the less the progress of physical therapy will be. But of course at this moment I can only do so much -- my multitasking and scheduling skills have fallen a bit and I need to build things back up.The same thing I urge you -- build things back up, slowly -- I know, we have all seen the video, and I for privacy reasons won't post one, but I have an oral tic syndrome, that is about 95% psychologically activated, although its neurological. In fact a lot of things are aggravated by stress, especially Tardive syndromes. So, as hard as it is in this 21st century, try to minimize your stress and socialize. Its the way to be in contact with the society around you. I know, people are mean and nasty about mental illness and neurological disorders, I mean just an example cerebral palsy. But you know what -- I say, **** them, as we say it over here. Find people who will accept you who you are.
And of course as we say here I don't practice what I preach always or pot and kettle -- but I'm trying to, slowly.
-- best wishes.
