Im calmer on it, but i feel lethargic, not much energy, but i feel ok. Pretty much with the other medications im on...Well it is as you say a blood pressure medication, so it sounds fairly natural to feel some lethargy -- that may change over time
> Its just sometimes i have trouble with sleeping....i have been Trazodone, Seroqel (100mg) those where proably the worst medications for sleep. Restoril (Temazepam) has help some, because it calms anxiety and calm the nerves. Nerves drive me to the cieling, i litterally think im on the ceiling my anxiety is so high, because of phobia's of losing control, but you know "crap happens" and it will happen to me.

Restoril does have a half short life, its just a small metabolite of Valium and taken long enough it can eventually habituate.
As uncomfortable as Trazodone or Seroquel are -- no hypnotic will eventually solve sleep as all will become accustomed to over time (I know, I have sleep difficulties), if you're having anxiety like this short term use of Seroquel may help -- its not immediate but it may subside some of these problems as you work it out in other ways (therapy).
