I've been on Zyprexa for several weeks now, and have taken from 2.5-7.5 mgs/day, depending on what's going on. I'm at 2.5 mgs now and certainly feel its effect (I use it for bipolar mania), but both with starting it and re-starting it after stopping for a few days, there was about a three day period before it took a "hold" on me.
