Poop-out? I think yes.
Sometimes, there is insufficient evidence of efficacy if observed longitudinally. The "medical food" moniker seems to need less clinical evidence through controlled trials in order to be approved by the FDA. This is particularly true of Deplin. It might work for some people long-term. I encourage as many people as possible report their experiences with Deplin.
