It is not scientifically viable that chucking 40mg of Geodon because of an oculogyric crisis (that's not TD or EPS, that's ID, initial dyskinesia) but 20mg can cause something else entirely in the same patient in a given window of time. The dosage is just not there. I'm not denying you may have a case report, but too often people are not evaluated by neurologists.
