What you have described sure sounds like bipolar, rather than any mix of ADHD and OCD. You're not taking a good mix of medication to treat bipolar.
Besides, what was mentioned earlier -- that diagnosis is not nearly as important as finding the proper medication to treat your symptoms -- is good advice.
Honestly -- rather than trying to diagnose yourself and choose your own medications, how about talking to your doctor about your symptoms and letting him prescribe appropriate medication? I suspect you asked for Deplin, which you're not finding is not to your liking. Maybe if you allowed your doctor to treat you, your symptoms could get under control?
Additionally, perhaps a therapist could help you explore why you seem to feel a need to collect diagnoses? Wouldn't it be much more entertaining to go out and live your life, rather than spend so much time exploring new diagnostic criteria to meet?
Good luck.
