Hello im new here can we talk about meds?

Im feel this place is right for me, i have read posts and feel ok about posting here.
I take Zyprexa but im wondering if Lithium would be better for my mood swings.
Does anyone here can advice me about Zyprexa Lithium change?
How does Lithium affect the cognitive effects of your focus?
Zyprexa seems to "zone" or "zune" me out. I day dream on it. But if i dont take it at night the next im having just these scattered thoughts and alot of troubles.
