The limit for daily Tylenol intake is no more than 4 grams in a 24 hour period. Many think it should be 2 grams if you drink. Tylenol is not a good option if you drink regularly; drinking increases your chance of liver problems generally and lowers your ability to metabolize Tylenol.

Yep, alcohol is a depressant so it follows you feel calmer. Too bad alcohol is a poison. Solvents
and fuels tent to be toxic. I think the Yeast Connection book says alcohol promotes yeast problems.
