I know you don't like TCA's, but I will suggest one anyway. I'm currently taking doxepin 100 mg and that seems to help with sleep. You could try less and see if it works. When all else fails, I resort to Zyprexa, but be warned: this med causes severe rebound insomnia if you ever want to quit.
