Maybe day 4 is when everything "settles" correctly in your brain.
I mean, by then I imagine the initial sedation and (possibly) low-level drug induced dysphoria from a 10mgs dose would be gone. The D2 receptors would still be blocked, but not quite as much.
Maybe taking like 2.5mgs/day for a while might be better. Micro-dosing it might help you reach the perfect levels for you. Also, maybe a different med could achieve similar results. If zyprexa+ssri is helpful, maybe you could try Symbyax? Or BuSpar? BuSpar is kind of neuroleptic-ish, but I think it doesn't cause EPS or TD nearly as often as actual APs do, which is a good thing.
