Re: Depression and Perception of Time

My perception of time has become completely skewed in the last several years.

It either goes so fast it makes my head spin or terribly slow. Nothing in between.

It is very hard for me to judge how long it will take for me to complete a task or when to leave to arrive somewhere.

Many times I will skip doing things like putting on make up or little chores because I think I will not have enough time when really I do.

At one point, when I was going to school, I would set a timer to keep me on task. That helped me become more aware of true time.

I often wonder how people get all the things done that they do in one day.

The screwed up time perception is very frustrating and I just feel so out of sync most of the time.

Peace,
Kaye
