switch from zoloft to Lexapro

I'm switching from 100 mg of Zoloft to 40 mg of Lexapro daily. I'm also on 150 mg of lamictal. My doc switched me over today didn't say anything about transitioning or anything. I am just going to switch right over, does this sound right?
