Hi,

I guess when I first read your post you didn't mention that you were coming off Nardil. I thought that despite the two side effects you were just trying to adjust the other meds to counteract the problems. So 20 stone is how much weight in pounds?

Too bad you had to switch after such a long run. So many of us on this site have TRD (treatment resistant depression) which means many drug failures and inability to have good (or minimal)success with controlling depressive symptoms.

I have attached a link to an atypical depression
site. It actually says it is the most common form of depression which I did not know.
After reading it I thought maybe I don't have this afterall but I attached for you to read. So much misinformation over the years I'm not sure what I have anymore, depression, ADD, social anxiety, bipolar...It doesn't really matter what the diagnosis is anyway, now it's all about the symptoms.
Good luck with Effexor...SG
