There seem to be a lot of hypothetical
suggestions here -- that's not surprising
on a public board.If that makes you feel uncomfortable,
one thing is sure -- it will not hurt
to ask your dr. if the source of your
panic attacks is XANAX addiction. And
if so, how to be taken off gradually and
to get on the rest of the medical treatment
your dr. has in mind. I suggested a long-term
benzodiazepine substitute, like Klonopin or
Valium - but he may have something better
in mind.Good luck
