Sorry, pal. No quick fixes. But it sounds like you've come a long way in a relatively short time. Compare the 16 yrs. to 6 mos. That's progress!
The meds help take the edge off, but as I'm finding, if you don't address the real problems and resolve them, life's not much different on or off meds.
