Agree w SLS, although I know it as NMS(Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrone), classic signs are fever, can also have rigidity. They gave my father Haldol, while he was on Sinemet for Parkinson's, and it caused a fever along with extreme rigidity. Of course ER missed this until I felt my fathers face and he was burning up. I said he may have NMS and they looked at me like I had two heads. Later they confirmed diagnosis and luckily it was before damge was done, else malpractice could have been claimed.
Same concept although in your situation the culprit is too much Serotonin (Dopamine in Parkinson's) causing the symptoms. Different neurotranmittor but with similar effects. You must decrease dosage immediately, call MD for instructions.
