H1 antagonist induces somnolence. SSRIs/SNRIs are strong agonists (stimulators) of the 5HT2a receptors in the spinal cord. The orgasm reflex. So an antagonist just restore that function. Keep in mind that SSRIs are also vasoconstrictors. It means less blood in the penis/clitoris. Alpha 2 receptor antagonists like Remeron are vasodilatators. It promotes excitation.

Yes, to my taste, Remeron has too much punch on histamine.
