Starting Parnate on last AD withdrawal symptomps

What if I start Parnate while my Nardil withdrawal symptoms is again present ?

The wash-out will be of 7 days.. but the effects of the Nardil withdrawal will be there after the 7 days.. so what is the implication here ? could it make my Parnate start less good ?
Could this have effect on my future on Parnate ?
