The power of positive and negative case studies

I agree -- too often one sees negative posting, because that is always by human nature, and no fault to the person concerned by a situation. Then people associate drug X with complete negativity, and avoid it, because what really is being posted is not drug X in their body, but a "case report" of what drug X did. Similarly, a fantastic posting of what drug Y did for someone, is only what it did for the biochemistry of person Y and should be also treated as a "case report", something to be noted, but not always will be a truth for themselves.
