Which TCA LEAST likely to cause drug interactions

Posted by Sarah T. on April 1, 2006, at 1:26:30

I know that it can be very difficult to combine TCAs with other meds. Does anyone know which TCA is LEAST likely to cause adverse interactions with other medications? I'm thinking mostly in terms of cytohrome P450 interactions, but in my experience, going by those cytochrome charts isn't always the most reliable indicator. As so often happens, I usually have to resort to trial and error. What has your experience been?
