How long for lithium to be out of system?

Hello,

I tapered off my bipolar meds in february (lithium and seroqel)-- I have been completely off everything (except an ativan to sleep) for over a month now.

Does anyone know if the drugs are out of my system by now??

I am doing fairly well -- most days are a bit hypomanic if anything, but some days I swing and the depression - bits are what really get to me. I want to know if I might expect these mini-swings to settle down into a regular cycle, or has my regular chemistry taken over by now.

I know there are no real answers for me, but I wish someone had some experience with this to give me an idea of what I'm facing.
