Remember this, Social phobia is very common, I have it, heck I bet most people here have it. What you must keep in mind is that it is treatable, very much so. Nardil and Parnate are considered two of the best meds for it.
I think I should give Parnate another try. It was only four days. Very short time
I Still battle social phobia once in awhile...just to give you an example of what I do, when I start worrying too much about what people are thinking of me I say to myself F*ck them, I don't care what they think of me...and this really works for me-takes some practice, but it works!I wish that could work for me. I have tried that in the last 9 years, but this is stronger , much much much stronger than me.
Let me/us know what your plans are,and how your doing. Please post something, even something very small everyday...we're all very concerned about you Tep. I Love and care about you my friend..and anxiously wait for the day to come when you are feeling much better!

me, as you may realize. I come to the home destroyed, wishing to be living someone else´s life. I m always thinking that I would love to had been a dog or a bird and not a human being.
I really want to be a good person , this have been a very hard punishment and I sweare to God that if He gives me an opportunity to live a little bit better Im would never dissapoint him.
