Hi everyone,

SLS >> Prozac to Nardil, from what I remember, is not a good thing to do. Many deaths etc..

It is recommanded that you wait 5 weeks between Prozac -> Nardil -> Prozac .. yes 5 weeks.

From the pfizer doc:

"There have been reports of serious reactions (including hyperthermia, rigidity, myoclonic movements and death) when fluoxetine has been combined with an MAO inhibitor. Therefore, phenelzine should not be used in combination with fluoxetine. Allow at least 5 weeks between discontinuation of fluoxetine and initiation of phenelzine, and at least 10 days between discontination of phenelzine and initiation of fluoxetine."

PS: SLS, From what I read I think you are very knowlegeable in psychopharmaceutique. I would appreciate if you could take a look at this post:

Procyclidine (anticholinergics) with Antipsychotic.
