Some will disagree, but I don't see anything wrong with taking low dose seroquel (12.5mg to 50mg) or low dose zyprexa (1.25mg to 2.5mg) for insomnia. Could help your overall symptoms as well. Sure they're powerful, but so is adderall. But in taking low doses, the worry of taking a powerful medication can be managed well. Seroquel might be the best due to its short halflife, allowing you to turn on the sleep switch when you want and then being able to turn on the adderall switch without the seroquel interfering with it.
You might want to pop over to the alternative board and ask some questions there. There are lots of minerals, amino acids, and herbs that could work well.
