Anxiety

I currently take Effexor, Wellbutrin(8 days) & Klonipin on occasion. The Effexor was losing some of its effectiveness and I was feeling somewhat lethargic. Is there something I can replace the Klonopin with. Although I take a very small dose .25mg-.5omg, it seems to make me feel lethargic and lowers my mood somewhat. I tried Buspar years ago, but it did nothing.
