The best treatment for AD-induced sex dysfunction is testosterone. Contrary to popular belief, this can be used safely in women; the dose just needs to be adjusted. It is the ratio of estrogen:testosterone that matters, not absolute blood levels.

Mirapex is a good choice for relief of serotonergically-induced sex dysfunction, though I like cabergoline (Dostinex, Cabaser) the best.
Ropinirole (Requip) can also be used; I believe there are studies on both Mirapex and Requip for sexual dysfunction. The pro-sexual properties of cabergoline are established as well.
