Its been 5 weeks now and is finally becoming quite helpfull for my SP/Dysthymia. The side effects are diminishing.
The mode of action of all psychoactive meds is not known. Any theory that only addresses Dopamine, Seretonin and NE is absured. What about neurosteroids, steroids, cell growth in the amyglia, hpga axis changes, etc., etc..
We are still in the dark ages of mental health treatment. It seems to be inherant in most of us to understand what is amiss will our biochemistry. Unfortunately it cannot be understood at present. Best wishes!
