Hi Tom.
It sounds like you are suffering from a bipolar depression that manifests as the "deficit syndrome". The deficit syndrome, a cluster of negative symptoms, can exist outside the realm of schizophrenia.
Have you tried treating as if you were bipolar? Dopaminergic hypofunction would certainly apply.
