These drugs affect people differently and I think that trial and error is the only way to see how it works. I think that if you start to feel down from Klonopin, you would need to add an antidepressant or a stimulant.
In addition, scientists really don't know to what extent, if any, that antidepressants or other psychoactive drugs work by affecting serotonin. That's why trial and error is important.
