Prozac increases amphetamine concentrations

"Fluoxetine (Prozac) - Has been shown to increase the CNS concentrations of amphetamine as well as potentiate amphetamine effects"
This is ironic, i have read articles that Prozac increases hyperactivity, inhibiting stimulant effect at doses 40-60mg.
I take Prozac 20mg, i dont see much any effect at all.
This could just be a misinformation sourse.
What do you think?
