Hi.
Considering the time you have left, I would gamble and remain on the Nardil and hope that it works. It is a high-percentage drug, if not the highest. Unfortunately, you will have to accept that these drugs have side effects, and that that might be the price you have to pay to achieve an adequate response to medication.
It is important to realize that you can TREAT THE SIDE EFFECTS as aggressively as you treat the depression itself. Use sleeping medication for the insomnia. Use Florinef for the low-blood pressure if you must. I find that with continued use of Nardil, the blood pressure thing gets better, as does the sex stuff. My advice to you is to hang in there.
