Finding doctors in the USA/Australia

High everyone
I’m becoming increasingly disillusioned with UK mental health care.
I’m seriously considering going abroad for treatment, although I’m still in the very early stages of planning at the moment.
Does anyone know of any Pdocs with a good reputation in the US or even better Australia?
I could possibly combine seeing them, with taking a holiday, which would be good!
