OK, mild hypertension. It might be significant if your normal BP is much lower than that. What's your normal BP?

Wellbutrin often causes headache, it's probably not got anything to do with the hypertension.

You sound anxious, I'd probably take a dose of lorazepam if I were you. It might lower your BP a bit.

Only if severe symptoms are present eg. chest pain, severe headache.

If I were you I'd make an appointment to see my doctor as soon as possible. In the mean time, stop the Wellbutrin or reduce the dose.
