SCARED!!! Can meds do this?

Ok well I went to the toilet and well a lot of blood was in the toilet and when I wiped there was a lot of blood. It looks red and fresh, but I am in no pain. I know that if you have bowel problems it is suppose to be black/dark red and have a weird smell or something like that. This just looked like something has been cut and bled a lot. It wasnt just a few spots of blood it was a lot.
I dont know what to do :(
LOL I should just live at the dr's office hehe.
