There's a drug called cyproheptidine that can help, too, if your problem is anorgasmia. It blocks the effects of the Cymbalta on the serotonin receptors responsible for the sexual difficulties. If your problem is lack of libido, though, it won't help with that.

Cyproheptidine is an old antihistimine, and is used for a bunch of things totally unrelated to allergies. It's used as an appetite stimulant, for sexual side effects, for a number of rather arcane veterinary conditions (my cat takes most of my prescription, actually), etc.
