Would you say this is true of MAOIs for atypical depression?

> MAOIs are the only antidepressants that actually improved the quality of my life. SSRIs relieve depression, IMHO, more often than not by simply impairing the ability to feel any emotion at all. While perhaps logically one could call this an "antidepressant" effect, I feel it is anything but!
