I've been on Lexapro for about 10 days. Just upping tonight to 10mg. I've been on wellbutrin immediate release 75 mg (5 times daily) for a couple years. because it's immediate release, i have to get it in my system right away. my body does bad stuff on any kind of XL version, so i'm kind of stuck with it. it's the first thing i do in the morning, and yes it levels me right out almost immediately.
