blood pressure monitors???(risks of parnate + TCA)

i want to buy a blood pressure monitor because i am mixing desipramine and parnate shortly. what types are out there, what models are worthwhile and how much do they cost? if anyone may be able to share any experience i will be most grateful. and will this idea let me know if anything is going wrong or if something like seratonin syndrome happens am i up sht creek without a paddle?
