Hello. I am vegetarian and I just restarted Parnate. I was off it for 5 months. But I was taking 80-100 mg depending on how I was doing. Plus I take a stimulant with it!
I have a high tolerance for tyramine which is why I was able to eat just about anything I wanted without a reaction ... even red wine.
Tofu is okay because it's not fermented ( I don't know if it's on the list). Tempeh, fermented tofu, might cause problems but didn't for me. You can try the food in small amounts and see how it goes. The one thing I couldn't tolerate was soy sauce. But I use Bragg Amino Acid sauce which you can use to replace tamari or soy sauce in recipes.
Don't be paranoid just cautious. Always try to the new food at home.
Do you have an emergency of any sort to take should your BP spike? Your doctor should prescribe something for you.
