hi Emily,
I'm so sorry you're having tummy issues! It likely could be the timing of the meds. I know many people say that things react together if they dissolve in the stomach at the same time.
I'm actually suffering from powerful and unhappy stomach trouble right now myself (both ends, sorry!) It MIGHT be a side-effect of the Lex I just started a few days ago, or it might be a bug, or it might be food poisoning. I wish there were a way to know more quickly!
Anyway, I just wanted to say that I sympathize with you greatly. I hope it gets better soon!
