You are not alone. Even in the US the pdocs only spend about l5minutes with you. You tell them how you feel, review what you're on, and out the door. Then you're to see a therapist who works out of their office to talk. I have never found a therapist that did me any good. The one I have now is herself on prozac and doses or resperidol. So what does she say to me when I told her I was depressed? That I am having derealization and maybe I need an antipsychotic. Both my son and husband said she was bring her own illness to our sessions. But it sure didn't help me to think this is what I need. She just scared me. Fondly, Phillipa
